About Catherine Bauknight
Catherine Bauknight: “A Messenger of Cultural Voices,” Catherine Bauknight is a filmmaker and photojournalist. Her documentary films and photographs elevate social change and communication between people of all cultures. Her film "Hawaii: A Voice For Sovereignty" has won eight awards, including “Best Global Documentary Film Creating Change” in 2014. She continues to produce documentary films, exploring the connection between culture and fashion

- "Hawaii: A Voice For Sovereignty": An award-winning documentary highlighting the native Hawaiian struggle for cultural preservation and sovereignty.
- "Renaissance of the Catawba Indians": Showcasing the revival of the Catawba Nation’s cultural heritage.
- Burbank Project: Recently produced and shot a documentary over one and a half years on the construction of the Burbank Sphere, a significant project completed before the construction of the Las Vegas Sphere.
