Recognizing that ART is the most powerful vehicle for expression and that DEMOCRACY deals with the Rights of Society as a whole, we call on artists to submit works and proposals of all media relating to the political and social struggles of our world and the human desire for civil liberties.

Established in May, 1985, it holds the belief that freedom of expression is the lifeblood of all artists.
